Our mission
Mission DELHI is a scientific project to implement a 24-hour emergency motorbike ambulance response system to provide prehospital thrombolysis service, using clot buster drug (Tenecteplase)for heart attack and rapid response system for out of hospital cardiac emergencies. Mission DELHI is free emergency medical service that provides the fastest and free emergency medical first response throughout 5 km radius of AIIMS. It has trained paramedics, available around the clock. With the help of our unique GPS technology and integrated medical support motor bike ambucycles system, we demonstrated the feasibility of reaching most of the locations within 15 min travelling 5 km on most times of the day and were able to get an ECG, transmit and interpret the ECG within 12 min and more importantly administer the thrombolytic therapy within 12 min. Program aim doorstep care saving the heart in time by arriving at the scene of medical emergencies timely with much faster medical help and provide the patient with professional and appropriate medical aid (Clot buster injection), until an ambulance arrives, given the high-density traffic conditions in the city where the movement of four-wheeler ambulances becomes difficult, resulting in many more lives saved. Our Mission is to reduce the burden of cardiovascular disease.
